Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Iron

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit; ensure all bolts, pins, and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment for signs of wear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
